There is not(so far) a court that will stand up and hear the case, the same old answer is there is no standing and of course Obama does the same old send in a bunch of high priced lawyers instead of just showing the documents and moving on. This shit will not go away and will follow him well after he is out of office and if it is ever found to be true, then all the shit this peckerhead signed into law would come into question. I want the truth to come out more for the fact that it would cause a constitutional clusterfuck than anything else and would slam the brakes on the government until it was all sorted out. To me, the fact that Obama works so hard and spends so much money on this just proves to me that he has something to hide. This is our country we are talking about and obama is just one man who should be forced to fess up if for no other reason than for national security.

The fact of the matter is... it is not the courts duty to "stand up and hear the case", but extremists on both sides of the arguments will always insist the courts be "activists" for their side and insist they not be "activists" for the other side!

This is exactly why some Presidents have tried to hustle people on and off the courts and one in particular actually tried to "pack the court"!

Unfortunately, it is my sad experience to see the so-called "law and order" crowd... are the first ones to willingly dispense with the law to get their way!

You have absolutely no idea how much money Obama has spent trying to hide anything and it is about as unlikely that you would get Obama to admit he is against our national security, as it would be reasonable to expect the other side would get the Bush family to admit they invaded Iraq in a blood for oil bid to become extremely rich versus typically rich!

Mags, even though I'm pretty much in agreement with you, I don't think that's what dhd meant. If it is proven that Obama was not born in the U.S. then some very serious, Constitutional-level questions will be raised about any bill that he signed into law. I don't think we're talking about "every law", just the ones he signed. Even then Congress could simply re-affirm the laws they wanted, and the new President could sign them into law.

This is frankly what concerns me about the birther movement - not that they're wrong, but that they're right. Because if they're right it will shake this country to its core.

That is exactly what im saying The mess will go deeper because any legislation that stems from anything Obama signs would have to be reviewed also, the longer the question is out there, the deeper it goes. I want obama to step up and disprove this once and for all instead of sending high priced lawyers in to fight to keep this going on and on and on........The more he fights it, the more I think he is hiding something, and the cure is so easy but yet he keeps hiring lawyers.
